We also assemble the injected parts or complete with additional purchased parts (electronics and metal plug-ins) as required. Necessary reworking of the manufactured parts is also carried out in strict accordance with work instructions with well trained team in the assembly department.

Our assembly activities are supported by ultrasonic welding technology, which is performed with a Branson type device.

The department also performs tampon printing (pad printing), which can be done up to in 2 colors at a same time. Four Tampoprint machines are available for this task up to 130mm diameter. Our quality goal is to provide the highest degree of abrasion resistance, solvent resistance and color fastness.

Of course, a further wide range of machining tools is available.
